Kongrats to Kim and Kanye and little baby North! I've heard of people getting engaged in stadiums, during games even, but til today, I have yet to hear of someone renting out an entire stadium, hiring a full band to perform a proposal concert and having all her fam and friends run out as a part of the surprise. She's already been married 2x before but maybe a kid will keep them together. Third times a charm!?

OMG, Pretty Little Liars!

Pretty Little Liars came back today with their Halloween special. It was a crossover episode into Ravenswood. I don't know about you but I'm not really into Ravenswood. It doesn't have the same feel as Pretty Little Liars. I wish ABC Family would stop pushing their spin offs on all of us!

Having a case of the Mondays?

Mondays are often frowned upon as the weekend is over and the work week is starting over. #boo It doesn't need to be this way. Today I beat my case of the Mondays by going to happy hour with some of my girls. The fun doesn't need to end just because the weekend is over!

Sweetest day has come and gone. Perhaps this is a holiday only known to people in Michigan, but as a Michigander, I have always thought this was a 2nd Valentine's day, celebrated by all. My boyfriend on the other hand, said it was a Hallmark holiday and that he was observing this year as he lives in Chicago.

So I took matters into my own hands and purchased this custom made bracelet ring from Etsy!

I'm back and ready to blog again. I am currently taking an inbound analytics class that has inspired me to get back into my blog. I hope to post lots of new content. Hope I still have some followers!

My new favorite lip balm!

I just purchased this Lip Reveal balm from Sephora and it is great stuff. Very similar to Dior's more expensive version, the color adjusts to your own unique pH level to create your very own shade of pink. I'm loving it and the best part is who ever else buys this, or uses it, will not be wearing the same shade as you! I hope they will make this balm in a red.

It's been such a long time since I have blogged but I have decided to start blogging once again my friends.

Just last week, I entered a contest on Instagram and WON a Samsung Galaxy camera.

Obviously, I was so excited because I am so NOT the type of girl who wins things. Winning this $600 camera made me realize why I love connecting with people. I have already been a social media fanatic but I think I have a lot to say so here I am!

NY is A-pause-MAZING

I am currently in class right now at NYU, learning about cover lines and targeting the right demographic for your reader. Cosmo writes about vibrators while Glamour rights about sweet sex. Yeah, okay. I get it... In the past week and a half, I have met so many amazing professionals, such as, Cindy Lieve (editor of Glamour), David Carr (President of Hearst), editors from Real Simple, Consumers Report, Bon Appetite, Time Out New York, Elle and HR people from Time, Randomhouse, Hearst, Sterling and so many more. I even got to tour Gawker (ahhhh!) and meet the editor of Jezebel, Jessica Coen, as well as the PR Manager, Kevin Prince. It was insanely cool.

Love living in NY, minus sharing half a closet! There is so much to see and do.
